She successfully combines deep legal expertise with strong leadership skills, managing cross-border legal teams and overseeing the execution of over 400 projects in more than 100 countries, including the UAE, Hong Kong, the U.S., and EU member states.
Her core focus areas include international business structuring and supporting digital companies in key jurisdictions. Alexandra designs IP protection strategies covering trademarks, software, and technology, contributes to the development of legislation in CIS countries, and advises leading banks and fintech groups on digital assets and crypto regulation.
