Arthur advises clients on international business structuring, company incorporation and accounting support (including IFRS-based reporting, setting up bookkeeping, financial control and reporting processes from the outset), market entry across the UAE and the wider MENA region.

He helps entrepreneurs, corporate groups and investors choose the right jurisdiction and corporate structure, set up new business lines, and build compliant operating models. His work covers the full lifecycle of a project – from initial structuring and incorporation to post-launch accounting, reporting and day-to-day operational support. 

Arthur has particular experience working with real-economy businesses, including manufacturing, trading, retail and logistics companies, as well as holding and IT structures.
