Elina specialises in UAE and Middle East tax advisory, international tax planning and cross-border investment structuring. She advises multinational businesses, investment funds, family offices and private investors on establishing tax-efficient structures involving the UAE, Bahrain and other Middle Eastern jurisdictions. Her experience includes investment funds, holding structures, cross-border M&A, international tax planning, sanctions-related restructuring, regulatory compliance and the tax aspects of operating in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and other regional financial centres.
Before joining BGP Consulting, Elina implemented international taxation and structuring projects at Deloitte
Elina graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Touro College (USA) and the Faculty of Economics at the Moscow Touro Institute
