Vladislav contributes to the firm's Transport & Asset Finance and Private Client practice, leveraging extensive experience in complex transactions in transport sphere, including structuring, financing, leasing, chartering, operational management, as well as regulatory issues (customs, taxation, operation, sanction compliance). With over 12 years of experience in handling transport-related and private client legal matters, Vladislav focuses on providing tailored solutions for helping clients in navigating sophisticated issues related to transport finance, high-value assets structuring and operation within current regulatory and sanctions environment in a way that is commercially efficient and fully compliant across various jurisdictions with particular focus on MENA region as well.

Prior to joining BGP Consulting, Vladislav worked in the Finance Practice at Clifford Chance, an international law firm that held a leading position on the aviation finance and banking law markets. Before that, he worked for Rolls-Royce, a leading manufacturer of aerospace technology and of airline technical support provider.
